We are looking for individuals, schools, educators, scientists or other groups to do some science with data we have collected from sensors deployed across the City of Port Adelaide Enfield. The library runs an adult STEM program called IoT Experimenters, where people can explore hands-on Internet of Things (IoT) technology. People can experiment with anything from home automation and real-life citizen science projects. Currently, we are running two citizen science projects measuring microclimates in 5 locations from the coast to the foothills of Adelaide. Our newest project compares recreational surfaces, artificial and natural, and more sensors are being deployed. Still, we need your help to turn this information into something more meaningful using science and data analysis.
